Transatlantic on French Freighters

In this age of corporate consolidation, we lost services of many smaller steamship lines acquired by larger companies, which, in most part, are not passenger friendly. Fortunately it's a different story with the leader among those mega carriers.

Passenger accommodations consist of single, double bed and twin-bedded cabins. Each include a sitting room or area with a mini fridge, and a bathroom with private facilities. All are located on upper decks, forward or side facing. Daily fare varies between EUR 100 - 250, depending on the occupancy, single or double, and voyage duration. There is an additional management and banking fee for EUR 90 per passenger, per voyage.
